CIM CAPITAL

CIM Capital is an investment company that has already successfully managed several company restructurings. CIM Capital provides assistance to companies that had run into difficulties and where financial, but usually also operational reinforcement was needed. CIM Capital does not shy away from taking an active role in the companies itself, through a hands-on approach from the board of directors or from specific project support. CIM Capital invested in, among others, Cavale Steel Company and the sewing and fashion chain Veritas.
Veritas
Thanks to the acquisition of Veritas at the end of 2019, CIM Capital came to the fore and is being contacted more and more to intervene with companies in difficulty. The current Covid-19 crisis is no stranger to this, but it is certainly not the only cause of difficulties for many companies. At the same time, CIM has also noticed a clear interest from investors who would like to invest in addition to CIM. Given the need to be able to act quickly in such investment files, a fund structure is a logical extension and further professionalization of CIM's activity.
